This time facilitator is Prof. Hitoshi Oshitani (Graduate School of Medicine),
who is a member of the government advisory board and the director of SDGS-ID.

He is going to give a short talk on COVID-19 issues including its current status and challenges we human being are facing, while outlining the goals of SDGS-ID's research activities.
During the session, we would like you to share the various views on these issues, thereby helping you develop your own thought about what human being should do to cope with such formidable and unprecedented global issues.

Hope this session would also become a good opportunity to clear your questions about COVID-19, get updates, and obtain new knowledge and insights, so please feel free to join us.

We look forward to having a lively and frank exchange and discussion with you in this session.
