| Message | Artificial Intelligence (AI) is expected to play a very important role as a technology to solve difficult problems in new normal era. On the other hand, the number of people who can actually use AI is limited, and not enough. I have been engaged in the development and implementation of educational programs to foster medical AI professionals. At this center, I would like to provide AI education, especially for young researchers, to foster the next generation of AI researchers who can create a new era, propose and implement AI-based solutions to problems in various fields. In addition, I would like to integrate the big data from various fields gathered at this center and build a new system that can manage it all together as new big data, and actively promote the development and implementation of a new service infrastructure that utilizes those data. |
