| Message | Fluid science can help us understand the mechanisms of the spread of infectious
diseases by clarifying the flow in and around our bodies. I would like
to conduct research that is useful for combating infectious diseases through
experiments and simulations of flows, as well as data assimilation technology
that connects these two. In addition, the number of global air passengers
decreased by 60% last year (2020), and the new coronavirus is having a
major impact on the aerospace field, which is my own specialty. I would
like to contribute to the reconstruction of the aviation industry in the
post-corona era. |
